Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit Terms & Conditions Agreement
We strive to make your shopping experience a great one. We also understand that in certain cases a customer may not be satisfied with a purchase.

Please note that we have multiple independent Sellers on our site.
Therefore,
All Sales under “Consignment” are FINAL. However, You may dispute a claim with description and email photos. This will be addressed with the Seller for a determining factor of whether or not they’ll accept a return/exchange. If an item is not as described, does not pass authentication or received damaged you may request for a return of the item and a store credit.
Should you have an issue please contact us through our website message center or call our Toll Free Customer Service Line at 1.800.604.4204. Please leave us a message with your contact information, concerns and item or invoice number and we will contact you with any questions and/or concerns. Please allow 24-48 hours.
Acceptable Returns for Store Credit/Exchanges include;
Any ”New” clothing items/fashion jewelry, accessories, shoes and/or new handbags may be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color. You may also return for a store credit of same value. Once again, for all FINAL SALE CONSIGNMENT purchases, Please make sure to read the description thoroughly and review photos before agreeing to purchase.
To request a Return of New item(s) please request a return shipping label (paid by customer) and return to store.
Timeline to Return/Exchange Item(s) 3 business days. After 3 business days all are void.
Timeline for Store Credit up to 3 business days after returned item(s) are received. For exchanges, once return is received, your exchanged item(s) will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
